  • How often should I get a facial?

    That really depends on you and what skin concerns you may have.  We will customise a plan for you including an at home regimen for you to follow for maximum results.

  • Can I get a facial if I’m pregnant?

    Yes of course! It’s hard work growing a tiny human so you may need a little pamper.  There are some treatments that are not suitable whilst pregnant so please let us know at the time of booking so we can ensure your safety and comfort during your treatment.

  • Will I be able to go out after my treatment?

    Some treatments may induce redness in the skin for some people which will typically subside within a few hours.  If it’s your first treatment, we recommend blocking out time after your treatment just in case.

  • Do I have to remove my makeup before my facial?

    Not at all.  All treatments include a cleanse first which will remove any dirt, oil, makeup, or debris from your skin.

  • What should I wear to my facial

    Wear comfortable clothing and avoid wearing jewellery as we will ask you to remove rings, necklaces, bracelets and dangly earrings so you can enjoy the maximum benefit of your facial.

  • Do I need to stay out of the sun before or after my facial?

    To get the maximum benefit from your facial treatment, we recommend staying out of the sun in general but more specifically for a week before your treatment and at least a couple of days after.  Sun damage can be brutal on your skin and you don’t want to undo the results of your treatment.

  • What is TriPollar RF skin tightening and how does it work?

    Radio Frequency works by heating the skin (with electromagnetic waves) to stimulate new collagen growth, increasing blood and oxygen flow through the skin cells. This results in an improved texture and firmer, plumped, lifted skin.

  • What do treatments feel like?

    A Pro2Lift feels like a gentle massage. It's so soothing that many clients fall asleep during the treatment and feel refreshed afterwards.
